Work on Public Projects is a way we give back:

The Hopkinton Town Hall had fallen into disrepair. Luckily, the Massachusetts Historical Commission had a matching grant program that allows public money be spent for public facilities.

The work included:

1. Removal and replacement of missing and damaged slates on the roof.

2. Installation of snowguards prior to replacement of slates.

3.The Restoration of the exterior wood windows; sills, mullions, and wood trim, including the removal of the old paint.

4. It also included the repointing of a portion of the masonry. Great care was given to the texture and consistency in keeping with the original structure.
